Doula Services

 The term, Doula, comes from a Greek word which originally meant servant. The modern definition is a woman who has been trained in the physiology and emotional patterns of pregnancy and childbirth, to serve women and families throughout the journey of pregnancy and labor. 

Pregnancy and birth bring about many questions and changes for parents. In an effort to make the journey into parenthood a smooth transition, I provide prenatal education, and postpartum doula services. If you have questions don't hesitate to contact me.
